Most Naturalist orders are packed by hand and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase.

We are a very small studio, and every object gets packed individually—with particular care for old glass, ceramics, delicate paper, and the other peculiar little things that tend to find their way into our shop. Sometimes that means we take a little longer to make sure your treasure is actually going to arrive safely.

Orders ship primarily via USPS Ground or Media Mail, which includes tracking and $100 of included insurance on eligible shipments. USPS currently estimates Ground Advantage delivery at 2–5 business days after the package enters their system, though actual delivery times can vary.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please note: The 5–7 business day handling window is before the carrier’s transit time. If you need something by a particular date, please reach out before purchasing and we’ll let you know what may be possible.

We reuse clean, sturdy packing materials whenever we can. Your package may arrive in a box that has already had another life. We rather like that.

Vintage & found objects are final sale.

Every old thing we offer has lived a life before finding its way here. We photograph and describe condition honestly—including scratches, tarnish, wear, repairs, and other signs of age—so you can get a good sense of its character before bringing it home.

Please look closely at the photographs and read the description before purchasing. Because these are vintage and antique objects sold as found, all vintage sales are final.
