Mounted Bird’s Nest Fern

Dearest green witch,

A little piece of the forest has found its way to you!

This is the bird’s nest fern. Nestled in a bed of soft sphagnum moss, it’s been lovingly sewn to a handmade wooden board, handmade from reclaimed garden fencing. With her bright, rippling fronds and tender new growth unfurling from the center, she brings a bit of woodland magic to any wall she calls home.

Hang her somewhere with gentle, indirect light, keep her moss moist, and give her a little time and attention. Soon, you’ll form a relationship of observation with this high-maintenance beauty.

May she bring a little whimsy to your walls, a little wildness to your home and a gentle reminder that the natural world is never far away.

The wood is reclaimed and retains its own unique character. Board measures 13.75” X 21”
